A reputed litigation chamber based in South Delhi, led by Advocate Harsh Jain (Supreme Court of India), is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate. The chamber offers hands-on exposure to diverse civil and commercial litigation before multiple forums and courts in Delhi.
Eligibility:

PQE: 2 months to 1 year.

Qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university.

Candidates must be diligent, self-motivated, and passionate about litigation.

Preference will be given to candidates with a strong academic record.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents.

Making regular court appearances before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Trial Courts, and various forums in Delhi.

Assisting in research, case preparation, and client communications.
Probation and Remuneration:

Recent graduates will undergo a 2-month paid assessment probation period.

Remuneration: Based on experience and merit, aligned with industry standards, and open to revision after probation.
