Advocate-on-Record Soumya Priyadarshinee, practising before the Supreme Court of India, is inviting applications for both Associate and Student Intern positions. The role offers valuable exposure to Supreme Court practice, filings, and high-stakes litigation before various courts and tribunals in New Delhi.
Eligibility:

Associate: 0–1 year PQE. Freshers with prior litigation internships are also encouraged to apply.

Intern: Law students in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated course or 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year course.
Preference will be given to interns committing more than 6 weeks. Applications for less than 4 weeks will not be accepted.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Associate: Drafting, filing/e-filing, and occasional court appearances before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and various tribunals. Candidates with familiarity in Supreme Court procedures will be preferred.

Intern: Conducting legal research, preparing case notes, assisting associates in court proceedings, and observing hearings to understand litigation practice.
