Eligibility:

1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in banking and finance.

Prior experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel handling finance-related matters.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Sound understanding of financial laws, loan documentation, and regulatory frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft and review financing, security, and transaction documents.

Assist clients on loan syndications, debt restructuring, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

Support senior lawyers in due diligence, documentation, and advisory work.
