About:
The Office of Tarveen Singh Nanda, Standing Counsel and Advocate, is inviting applications for the position of Litigation Associate (0–1 year experience). This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates and early-career professionals to gain direct exposure to courtroom practice, legal drafting, and client interactions under the mentorship of experienced litigators.
Eligibility:

0–1 year of litigation experience.

Freshers who have cleared the AIBE are welcome to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth legal research and assist in case preparation.

Draft petitions, written submissions, and legal opinions.

Attend court hearings and assist senior advocates in proceedings.

Participate in client briefings and discussions on case strategies.
