Arnava Legal, a leading law firm based in Bengaluru, is expanding its corporate law team and inviting applications for the position of Associate Lawyer (2–3 years PQE). The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-value corporate transactions, fund raises, and M&A deals while collaborating closely with partners and clients.
Eligibility:

2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or corporate legal team.

Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and related laws.

Proven experience in fund raises, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate transactions.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

Must hold an LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year) and be enrolled with a State Bar Council.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Advise and lead on fund raising, M&A, joint ventures, and strategic corporate transactions.

Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and provide governance advice.

Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements, investment documents, and commercial contracts.

Collaborate with partners and team members on deal structuring and risk mitigation.

Manage independent caseloads and work directly with clients throughout transaction lifecycles.
