Praxis Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Disputes – Commercial Litigation & Arbitration practice based in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex civil and commercial matters, including arbitration and multi-jurisdictional disputes, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Eligibility:

4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.

Familiarity with construction and engineering disputes is essential.

Strong drafting, advocacy, and case management skills.

Ability to travel across India for court appearances and related work.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, written submissions, and other legal documents in commercial and arbitration matters.

Appear before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT, and arbitral tribunals.

Manage and coordinate complex litigation and arbitration cases independently and in teams.

Conduct research and assist in strategic planning for dispute resolution.
