Eligibility:

LL.B degree from a recognized institution.

3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation.

Strong research, drafting, and strategic thinking skills.

Willingness to travel within India and abroad for case-related work.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, file, and research pleadings, applications, and other court documents across multiple jurisdictions.

Attend police station visits and coordinate with investigative authorities for pre-trial evidence and proceedings.

Contribute to litigation strategy and client coordination.

Work independently and handle cases across various courts in India.
