A leading organization in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Legal Officer to provide legal support across corporate, commercial, and labor law matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing corporate legal documentation in a dynamic international environment.
Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M preferred

Prior experience as a Legal Officer or in a similar legal role

Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and commercial law

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

Fluency in English and proficiency in legal research
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements

Provide legal advice to management and teams on compliance and regulatory matters

Manage corporate legal documentation and filings

Conduct legal research and support strategic decision-making
Compensation:

AED 23,000 – AED 25,000 per month
