Flex Legal is inviting applications for its Spring 2026 Flex Trainee Programme, an industry-leading initiative designed to help aspiring lawyers enter the legal profession with the right training, exposure, and mentorship. This is a fully funded programme offering both academic and practical support to help future solicitors qualify through the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) route.
Eligibility:

Open to law graduates or individuals eligible for the SQE pathway.

Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to pursuing a career in law and a readiness to undertake Qualifying Work Experience (QWE).
Roles and Responsibilities:

Undertake structured QWE within top in-house legal teams.

Participate in the fully-funded SQE preparation course and exams.

Receive ongoing mentorship and professional support throughout the programme.

Gain exposure to real-world legal work and develop essential professional skills.
