📌 Position: Senior Associate / Lawyer – Power Projects & Renewable Energy
🕒 Experience: 4+ years post-qualification experience (PQE)
📍 Location: To be confirmed by the firm
🎯 Focus Areas: Power Projects, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure Tenders
Key Requirements
• Prior experience in reviewing and mark-up of tenders related to Power Projects or Renewable Energy
• Strong understanding of EPC contracts, bid evaluation, and risk assessment
• Experience with tenders in Middle East jurisdictions preferred
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage complex documentation
