Greenfinch Group is expanding its legal vertical and is inviting applications for the position of Vice President (Legal). The selected candidates will lead and oversee legal operations, strategy, and governance frameworks while supporting lending clients across multiple states.
This senior leadership role is ideal for experienced legal professionals looking to drive innovation, manage teams, and integrate technology into legal service delivery across India.
Position Details
📍 Location: Pan India
🎓 Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.
🕒 Experience: Minimum 4 years in leadership roles within financial services or real estate law
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accuracy and quality in the preparation and review of title reports
• Ensure efficient closure of cases within established turnaround times
• Conduct initial file reviews and raise timely clarifications or queries
• Manage client and internal team communications to minimize escalations
• Strengthen client relationships through structured engagement and follow-ups
• Develop and implement standardized drafting formats for consistency and process excellence
Eligibility Criteria
• LL.B. or LL.M. with 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services or real estate law
• Proven track record in scaling legal operations and leading diverse teams
• Strong understanding of technology integration in legal workflows
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
