Position Details
📍 Location: Shahjhanpur
🎓 Qualification: LLB or LLM
🕒 Experience: 3–5 years
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with advocates for Title Search Reports (TSRs)
• Vet and review Title Search Reports
• Conduct due diligence for Loan Against Property (LAP) transactions
• Advise on legal issues related to mortgages and security creation
• Travel as required for business needs
Required Skills
• Strong communication skills
• Practical knowledge of property law, mortgages and related procedures
• Ability to work with external counsel and internal stakeholders
