Hasbro Entertainment is seeking an experienced independent attorney to provide outside counsel support for its animation productions. Eligibility:

Qualified and experienced attorneys with prior exposure to entertainment law, particularly in animation, media, or production contracts.

Strong understanding of production services agreements, vendor contracts, and talent agreements.

Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal guidance to creative and production teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate production services and vendor agreements.

Handle talent contracts and ensure compliance with relevant legal and industry standards.

Advise on day-to-day legal issues related to animation projects.
