Eligibility:

Law graduate with experience in corporate law, labour law, or startup legal frameworks.

Prior experience in contract drafting, compliance, and dispute management preferred.

Strong understanding of MSAs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and investor documentation.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality legal solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft and review Master Service Agreements, Service Agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and investor documents.

Advise on business structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

Support in dispute resolution, legal notices, and negotiations when required.

Provide timely and practical legal advice to support operational and strategic decision-making.
