About the Opportunity:
Kogta Finance, a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), is inviting applications for the positions of Area Legal Manager (Lucknow, Bareilly, Agra) and Regional Legal Manager (Lucknow). The selected candidates will play a key role in managing legal operations and compliance within the vehicle finance division.
Eligibility:

Law graduates with relevant experience in NBFCs or banks.

Candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of recovery laws, arbitration, and litigation related to vehicle finance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all legal matters related to vehicle finance operations.

Coordinate with external counsels for litigation, arbitration, and recovery proceedings.
