The call aims to foreground narratives that move beyond policy frameworks to highlight the lived realities of those most affected by heatwaves, floods, displacement, and inequality. Contributors are encouraged to examine how adaptation, resistance, and vulnerability are shaped within India’s rapidly transforming cities and towns.
