About the Role:
Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Legal Officer to manage its commercial vehicle portfolio and associated recovery matters. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced finance and recovery environment while handling diverse legal issues including arbitration, NI Act, and consumer cases.
Eligibility:

Minimum qualification: LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course).

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in legal or recovery functions.

Local candidates from Panchkula–Chandigarh region will be preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel required.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing arbitration proceedings, Section 138 NI Act cases, EP cases, and consumer matters.

Handling criminal complaints and coordinating with local authorities.

Conducting customer visits and assisting in recovery processes.

Preparing legal documents, notices, and maintaining case records.

Supporting the legal team in compliance and dispute resolution efforts.
Compensation:
CTC up to ₹25,000 per month + attractive performance-based incentives.
