About the Role:
Ashish Mehta’s Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Junior Associate to join its litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex corporate and regulatory disputes across India, providing valuable courtroom exposure and practical litigation experience under expert guidance.
Eligibility:

0–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

Candidates holding a Provisional Sanad are eligible to apply.

Strong interest in corporate disputes and regulatory litigation.

Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assisting in drafting pleadings, submissions, and case notes.

Conducting in-depth legal research on corporate and regulatory matters.

Coordinating with senior counsels and clients for litigation strategy and case management.

Attending court proceedings and assisting in day-to-day case follow-up.
