About:
The India Climate Collaborative (ICC) is inviting applications for the position of Senior Manager – Climate Solutions. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening India’s climate ecosystem by identifying, curating, and strategically deploying high-impact climate solutions for philanthropy. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of climate innovation, philanthropy, and policy, contributing directly to India’s climate commitments and resilience goals.
Eligibility:

Professionals with a strong background in climate strategy, sustainability, or environmental policy.

Proven experience in project design, stakeholder engagement, and partnership management.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across sectors including philanthropy, CSOs, think tanks, and technical institutions.

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and deployment of scalable climate solutions for philanthropic investment.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players across foundations, CSR entities, and HNIs.

Design sourcing strategies and develop cross-sectoral initiatives aligning with India’s climate goals.

Work closely with ICC teams across Philanthropy, Intelligence, Design & Catalyse, and Global South Cooperation.

Contribute to ICC’s mission of fostering collaboration and catalysing climate action across India.
