About:
Vahura, on behalf of a leading non-profit organisation, is inviting applications from passionate legal professionals to work in the field of labour rights and social justice. The role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact by engaging directly with informal workers across Maharashtra, providing access to justice and systemic advocacy.
Eligibility:

Experience: 2–4 years in legal practice, preferably in labour or social sector law.

Language Requirement: Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.

Willingness to travel across Maharashtra for fieldwork.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide legal counselling, representation, and dispute resolution support to informal workers.

Offer legal aid and advocacy assistance for labour rights protection.

Supervise and mentor helpline and field teams.

Liaise with public authorities and legal institutions for case tracking and resolution.
