This role offers the chance to work on landmark offshore wind projects across Taiwan, Korea, and Japan, contributing directly to Asia’s clean energy transition.
Eligibility:

Law degree with a common law qualification and/or experience with common law–governed contracts preferred.

Prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, ideally within the energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.

Strong commercial contract expertise and excellent negotiation skills.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Turbine Supply and Service & Maintenance Agreements.

Provide legal and compliance advice to business partners, ensuring regulatory adherence.

Manage external counsel and support risk mitigation across projects.

Deliver training sessions to business teams on legal principles and compliance.
