Mouritech is seeking a Legal Contract Analyst (Fresher) to join its team at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru. This role offers a unique opportunity for LLB graduates or law students to gain hands-on experience in legal operations and contract analysis within a tech-driven environment.
Eligibility:

LLB graduates or law students.

Strong understanding of legal and commercial contract terms.

Detail-oriented with analytical skills.

Comfortable learning and using legal tech tools (training will be provided).
Roles and Responsibilities:

Review and analyze contracts, including MSAs, NDAs, and CDAs.

Extract and validate key data points such as termination clauses, effective/renewal dates, and assignment terms.

Ensure accuracy and consistency across documents.

Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines.

Escalate ambiguities and contribute to process improvements using legal knowledge and tech tools.
