This conference serves as a platform to critically examine these evolving paradigms ranging from constitutional rights in the digital era to corporate governance reforms, international arbitration, and environmental law.
The conference seeks to foster comparative perspectives, highlight innovative practices, and address pressing issues such as artificial intelligence in legal practice, climate change litigation, labor law dynamics, human rights protections, and economic crime prosecutions. Abstract:
In between 250-300 words and a minimum of five relevant keywords.
Authorship:
No Co-authorship is permitted. There can be 1 author in total.
Maximum Length:
6,000 words, including the title/cover page and citations.
Regular Font:
Times New Roman, 12 points, line spacing 1.5 justified.
Title Font:
Times New Roman, 14 points, bold, line spacing of 1.5.
Margins:
1″ on all sides
Footnotes:
Times New Roman, font size 10 with a spacing of 1.0.
Citation:
Any relevant standard method of citation might be followed.
Plagiarism:
Plagiarism in submitted papers must not exceed 10%, and the use of AI-generated content or AI software for drafting or editing is strictly prohibited. Selected papers will be published in an edited book volume with an ISBN. Awards will be given to the two best research papers and the best presentation. Any submission that does not comply with these guidelines will not be considered for publication.
