Lex Vedika, in association with Verma Legal Counsels, is organising the 1st National Moot Court Competition 2025, focused on the theme of Technology, Privacy, and Constitutional Governance in the Age of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The competition aims to provide a platform for law students to explore pressing legal questions at the intersection of innovation, accountability, and individual rights in a digital democracy.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to undergraduate law students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes from recognised institutions across India. Teams may comprise two speakers and one researcher.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Participants will:

Research, draft, and argue on a contemporary legal issue involving privacy and AI governance.

Present arguments before an esteemed panel of judges comprising legal practitioners, academics, and policy experts.

Demonstrate courtroom skills in a virtual setting, maintaining professional advocacy standards.
