The Square Circle Clinic, NALSAR, is inviting applications from qualified lawyers to join its Fair Trial Programme team based in Nagpur. The initiative focuses on strengthening access to justice and ensuring fair trial rights for underrepresented individuals within the criminal justice system.

Skilled in legal drafting, client interaction, and courtroom assistance
Roles and Responsibilities:
Selected lawyers will:

Represent and assist clients in criminal matters under the Fair Trial Programme

Conduct legal research and draft petitions, applications, and reports

Liaise with courts, legal aid authorities, and other justice stakeholders

Contribute to the Clinic’s broader advocacy and reform initiatives
