The Women’s Initiatives for Gender Justice is an international organisation that advocates for gender justice and accountability for sexual and gender-based crimes within international and national justice systems. It works to amplify women’s voices, strengthen feminist leadership, and advance justice for survivors worldwide.
Role Overview
As the Treasurer, you will play a key role in:

Overseeing the organisation’s financial management and reporting.

Ensuring transparency, accountability, and good governance in financial operations.

Supporting the Supervisory Board in strategic decision-making and fiscal oversight.
Eligibility

Strong background in finance, accounting, or governance.

Experience with non-profit or human rights organisations is highly desirable.

Commitment to feminist values and advancing gender justice globally.
