About ADR Society
The Thakur Ramnarayan College of Law ADR Society is a student-run organization dedicated to the advancement of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) within the institution. The Society focuses on promoting ADR awareness, delivering specialized training, and organizing impactful events such as conferences and competitions. Our mission is to promote the principles of Alternative Dispute Resolution by providing education, resources, and opportunities for students to develop their mediation, negotiation, and arbitration skills. We aim to foster a culture of dialogue and collaboration, preparing future leaders to handle conflicts with integrity and wisdom. We aim to cultivate a community where conflicts are resolved through understanding, cooperation, and fairness, empowering individuals with the skills to achieve peaceful and just resolutions in every sphere of life.
About the Opportunity
Pactum Concorde, 1st Inter-Collegiate Mediation Competition offers participants a distinguished opportunity to cultivate essential competencies in principled negotiation, active listening, empathy, strategic communication, and time management, all within the comprehensive framework of collaborative dispute resolution. The competition is designed to develop a mediator’s professional orientation anchored in neutrality, patience, and consensus-building, while concurrently promoting teamwork, professionalism, and ethical integrity among all participants. The inaugural edition of Pactum Concorde endeavors to establish a premier platform where law students from across India can authentically engage with the principles and practice of mediation, transforming disputes into opportunities for mutual understanding and constructive cooperation. Pactum Concorde is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and rigorous evaluation process, thereby ensuring equitable opportunities for excellence among all participants. We anticipate the active participation, exceptional skill, and unwavering dedication of all competing teams, and remain committed to establishing the inaugural edition of Pactum Concorde as a seminal event in advancing the culture of amicable dispute resolution in India.
Eligibility
All students enrolled in a three (3) year LL.B. programme, or a five (5) year integrated law programme shall be eligible to participate in the Competition. However, only three teams per institution shall be eligible to participate. Students enrolled in post-graduate or diploma courses are not eligible to participate.

Registration process
- After final registration, the Organising Committee will notify slot confirmation via email along with the unique team code.
- Teams must pay a registration fee Early Bird Registration – Rs. 2600/- and Normal registration – Rs. 3000/-by 25th October 2025 and 5th November 2025 respectively.
