Eligibility

Experience: 4–8 years in policy analysis, knowledge management, or client advisory.

Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Public Policy, Economics, Development Studies, Communications, or Business.

Prior experience in professional services firms, think tanks, or government/PSU projects preferred.

Strong analytical, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth policy research and analysis.

Create, curate, and manage internal and client-facing knowledge content.

Develop and maintain knowledge platforms and communities of practice.

Support client servicing, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.
