Eligibility
Applicants should have:

  • 6+ years of legal secretarial or litigation support experience.

  • A background in litigation or arbitration (preferred).

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred).

  • A polished, proactive, and professional approach to client service.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to senior partners and attorneys.

  • Manage scheduling, billing, travel arrangements, and client communications.

  • Draft and proofread legal documents in English and Spanish.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Handle confidential client relations with discretion and professionalism.

Location and Salary

  • Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite)

  • Salary Range: $76,000 – $108,000
