Eligibility
Applicants should have:

6+ years of legal secretarial or litigation support experience.

A background in litigation or arbitration (preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual ability in English and Spanish (preferred).

A polished, proactive, and professional approach to client service.
Roles and Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to senior partners and attorneys.

Manage scheduling, billing, travel arrangements, and client communications.

Draft and proofread legal documents in English and Spanish.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Handle confidential client relations with discretion and professionalism.
