A leading Housing Finance Company is seeking an experienced legal professional to serve as Zonal Legal Head – Non-Litigation, overseeing operations across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and South India.
About the Role
The position focuses on managing legal risk, compliance, and contract governance within the organization. It offers the opportunity to lead a team of legal managers and regional heads while shaping legal policies for multiple states.
Eligibility

LLB/LLM degree.

8–10 years of post-qualification experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

Prior experience in NBFC, HFC, or BFSI sectors preferred.

Strong understanding of corporate law, real estate finance, and regulatory frameworks.
Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee legal risk, compliance, and contract governance.

Draft and review mortgage and loan documents, legal reports, APFs, and CFs.

Develop state-specific legal policies and manage legal queries.

Lead and mentor a team of legal managers and regional heads.
