About the Organiser

Lex Vedika is a professional platform dedicated to advancing legal education and experiential learning through quality-driven academic initiatives.

Registered under MSME, Government of India, Lex Vedika organises legal events, workshops, certification courses, conferences, and research initiatives to enhance advocacy, analytical reasoning, and professional competence among law students and young professionals.

It also publishes the Lex Vedika Law Journal (LVLJ) — an ISSN-registered, double-blind peer-reviewed quarterly journal that serves as a credible platform for original legal research and contemporary legal discourse.

Through its programs, Lex Vedika bridges the gap between classroom learning and practical exposure, fostering a generation of skilled and research-oriented legal minds.

Details about the Event

The 1st Lex Vedika Moot Court Competition 2025 provides a platform to explore technology, privacy, and constitutional governance.

This year’s problem focuses on legal challenges posed by artificial intelligence (AI) and the tensions between innovation, accountability, and individual rights in a digital democracy. Participants will craft written submissions and present oral arguments before a distinguished panel of judges comprising legal academics, practitioners, and policy experts.

The competition is conducted entirely online while simulating professional courtroom standards.

Who is it for / Eligibility

Students enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme recognized by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
Each team shall consist of two Speakers and one Researcher.
Maximum two teams per institution.
Language: English
