About the Opportunity
The selected candidate will be part of the company’s in-house legal team, handling diverse commercial and corporate matters, including M&A transactions and strategic partnerships, while ensuring compliance and risk management across operations.
Eligibility

2–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate law.

Strong expertise in commercial contracts and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Prior experience in the technology or corporate sector will be preferred.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and transactional documents.

Supporting M&A transactions and due diligence processes.

Advising internal stakeholders on legal and regulatory issues.
