About the Organisation:
The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is a neutral, impartial, and independent humanitarian organisation working to protect the lives and dignity of victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence. The ICRC also promotes respect for international humanitarian law (IHL) and universal humanitarian principles through research, policy, and global outreach.
Eligibility:

Individuals with a strong academic background in international law, public policy, or communications.

Interest in international humanitarian law, policy advocacy, and global diplomacy.

Open to international applicants — the role is visa-sponsored and paid.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the ICRC’s Law and Policy team in developing and implementing outreach and communication strategies.

Contribute to research, drafting, and dissemination of IHL-related materials.

Assist in organising policy dialogues, events, and external engagements.

Collaborate with ICRC colleagues and partners to advance humanitarian diplomacy objectives.
