Sinha & Company, Advocates, is a full-service law firm headquartered in Kolkata, with a strong practice in litigation, arbitration, corporate law, and advisory services. The firm is inviting applications for a long-term internship in its Arbitration Department, offering hands-on exposure to commercial dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings.
Eligibility:

Law students in their penultimate or final year of a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme

Must be able to commit full-time during office hours for the duration of the internship

Prior interest or experience in arbitration will be an added advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with drafting, research, and case preparation in arbitration matters

Attend arbitration hearings and maintain case files

Support the team in document review and legal analysis related to ongoing disputes

Contribute to internal research and knowledge development within the department
