About the Opportunity
The firm is looking to expand its Trade Mark Team and invites applications from lawyers with 6–7 years of experience in trade mark law. This role offers an opportunity to work with a highly reputed IP practice and handle challenging, high-stakes matters in a collaborative environment.
Eligibility Criteria

6–7 years of post-qualification experience in trade mark law

Strong understanding of trade mark laws, procedures, and case strategy

Excellent drafting and advocacy skills

Proven experience in handling show cause and opposition hearings
