About the Internship

What You’ll Be Doing
According to the announcement, your main tasks will include:
● Manage Event Logistics: Oversee all technical logistics for virtual events, including managing event platforms (like Zoom or Google Meet), conducting sound checks, and ensuring a seamless experience for speakers and attendees.
● Content and Speaker Coordination: Coordinate with legal experts and speakers to finalize event topics, collect presentation materials, and handle pre-event briefings.
● Promotion and Outreach: Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns for events, including drafting social media content and sending out email newsletters to maximize audience reach and engagement.
● Post-Event Analysis: Manage and organize post-event content such as recordings and presentations. You’ll also analyze feedback and engagement data to create comprehensive reports and identify areas for improvement.
● Community Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for attendee inquiries, building a strong and responsive community around our events.
Eligibility Criteria
● Open to law students, academicians, research scholars, and professionals with a strong interest in research and writing.
● Previous experience in event coordination or project management is preferred but not mandatory.
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
● A proactive and creative mindset.
● Familiarity with virtual event platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).
● A genuine interest in the legal field or legal education.
