A five-day advanced workshop on Real Estate — Project Management & Financing, organised by the Centre for Law & Urban Development (CLUD), NLU Delhi, in association with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices India, scheduled from 31 October to 2 November 2025.
Designed for legal professionals, students pursuing post graduation, academics, and industry experts, this programme offers a deep dive into the practical and regulatory dimensions of real estate practice. The workshop will cover a range of critical and practice-oriented subjects within the real estate sector, including:

- Real Estate Financing
- Dispute Resolution Mechanisms
- Regulatory and Financial Transactions in Real Estate
