Eligibility
-
4–5 years of extensive prosecution experience is mandatory
-
Ability to independently manage the complete lifecycle of TM, Design & Copyright applications (from filing to registration)

Experience handling cancellations and oppositions

Prior experience of appearing before hearing officers in IP offices preferred

Strong command over English (spoken and written)

A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to execute tasks independently
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Manage end-to-end prosecution of IP applications
-
Draft, file, and track progress of TM, Design, and Copyright matters
-
Handle oppositions, cancellations, and related proceedings
-
Represent clients before hearing officers as required

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of matters
