About the Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate (Litigation) with 5 years of post-qualification experience to join its team at Sector-46, Noida.
Eligibility

Minimum 5 years PQE with demonstrable interest in litigation

Prior experience in drafting and filing legal documents

Ability to supervise juniors and work effectively within a team
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Drafting and filing pleadings, petitions, and other litigation-related documents
-
Appearing and assisting in matters before the SC, DHC, NGT, NCLAT, NCLT, CAT, NCDRC, RERA, and District Courts

Supervising and guiding junior team members

Coordinating litigation strategy with the partners and clients
