About the Opportunity
The Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) has announced the Young ITA Writing Competition and Award: “New Voices in International Arbitration”. This initiative provides young professionals with the chance to contribute to cutting-edge research in international arbitration and gain recognition as emerging voices in the field. Winners will also have the opportunity to engage closely with ITA and Young ITA activities.
Eligibility

Open to young lawyers and professionals with a passion for international arbitration

Strong research and writing skills are essential

No prior publication record required, though prior academic or professional engagement with arbitration is an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities

Submitting an original research paper on a topic within the theme “New Voices in International Arbitration”

Contributing to thought leadership in arbitration through innovative ideas and perspectives

Participating in Young ITA and ITA activities if selected as a winner
How to Apply
Interested candidates must submit their paper to ita@cailaw.org by 12 midnight EST, 16th January 2026.
