Eligibility
-
1–3 years of litigation experience across High Courts, Tribunals, and trial courts

Prior exposure to commercial disputes, service law, or corporate litigation
-
Strong drafting, research, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Appear before the Delhi High Court (original side and appellate), District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and quasi-judicial bodies
-
Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and legal opinions
-
Handle writs, service matters, and contractual disputes
-
Assist in trial preparation, evidence management, and case strategy
-
Conduct legal research and client briefings

Manage filings and coordinate with court staff and counsels
