About the Role
Vouchagram India Pvt Ltd is seeking a hands-on Senior Executive — Legal to support a fast-moving fintech/startup environment. Ideal for candidates with exposure to fintech, e-commerce, payment gateways or startups who can own contract work, regulatory queries and stakeholder negotiations.
Key Responsibilities (what you’ll do)

Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents with precision.

Provide practical legal advice across business verticals; engage with stakeholders and negotiate commercially.

Conduct legal research and advisory on statutes and regulations including BNS, BNSS, BSA, CPC, Company Law and Constitutional Law.

Support compliance and regulatory matters relevant to fintech/payments.
Required Profile

LLB or LLM.

~3 years’ substantive legal experience (preferably with fintech, startups, e-commerce, or payment gateways).

Strong drafting, negotiation and documentation skills; attention to detail.

Good stakeholder engagement and strategic negotiation capability.

Solid research skills across the listed legal areas.
