Role summary
AZB & Partners seeks an experienced Senior Billing Specialist to own billing operations: invoice generation, reconciliations, client follow-up, monthly reports, and GST compliance. Strong Excel and stakeholder-facing skills required.
Key responsibilities

Generate invoices and account statements; maintain the billing system.

Perform account reconciliations and follow up with clients on outstanding amounts.

Maintain accounts files and records; respond to stakeholder queries on billing/recovery.

Produce monthly financial and management reports (advanced Excel proficiency needed).

Investigate and resolve billing irregularities and enquiries.

Ensure compliance with GST requirements.
Ideal profile
-
5+ years’ experience as a Navision / Oracle / Farvision / SAP accountant in a reputed consultancy/firm.

Strong billing & reconciliation skills, confident with client follow-ups.

Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and stakeholder management.
