About the Role:
Kunal Sharma, Chief Vision Officer, is launching a new online venture that offers live, personalized pooja experiences for families. To support this initiative, he is looking for an Operations & Client Experience Manager to ensure seamless execution and memorable client journeys.

Eligibility:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus).

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

  • Comfortable using tech tools such as Zoom, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets.

  • Background in hospitality, client service, or events will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Oversee operations and coordination of live online pooja experiences.

  • Maintain client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

  • Support the founder in shaping and scaling the venture.
