Eligibility

2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Prior experience in Banking & Finance teams at leading law firms

Strong knowledge of debt transaction documents and commercial contracts
Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating debt transaction documents

Advising on commercial contracts and related compliance requirements

Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel on finance-related matters

Providing legal support for ongoing and new banking/finance transactions
