FairSquare is the first Competition Law Society of the National Law University, Delhi. Through FairSquare Dialogue, we aim to create a vibrant forum for commentary, analysis, and scholarship on competition law, policy, and economics.
We invite original, unpublished submissions for its blog. At FairSquare Dialogue, we seek sharp, accessible, and well-reasoned pieces that advance conversations around competition law and economics, both in India and globally. Submissions from students, academics, practitioners, economists, policy-makers, and interdisciplinary researchers are welcome.
Mandate & Scope
We publish short, focused, and analytically strong pieces that examine legal, regulatory, and policy issues in competition law and economics. Submissions may adopt doctrinal, empirical, comparative, or policy-oriented approaches.
