About the Organisation:
DAKSH is a leading policy and legal research organisation focused on institutional reform and systemic improvements in India. The Network for Institutional and Systems Transformation (NIST) Fellowship is a 6-month, full-time, hybrid programme designed to nurture India’s next generation of legal and policy leaders.
Eligibility:

Lawyers and researchers with a strong interest in public policy, regulatory frameworks, and institutional reforms.

Candidates motivated to work on India’s commercial tribunals and regulatory ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research on commercial tribunals and regulators in India.

Provide insights, analysis, and policy recommendations to support institutional reforms.

Collaborate with peers and senior mentors to contribute to impactful projects.

Participate in discussions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to build actionable solutions.
