About:
WhiteHatts, in partnership with a leading Indian conglomerate, is seeking experienced litigation professionals for key roles handling disputes and consumer matters. The roles offer pan-India exposure and engagement with high-impact litigation, arbitration, and advisory responsibilities.
Eligibility:

LLB (mandatory)
-
8–10 years of relevant experience in litigation, disputes, or consumer law
-
Strong drafting, advisory, and stakeholder management skills
-
Willingness to be based in Mumbai with pan-India responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities:
Disputes Role:
-
Manage litigation matters across Lower Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court
-
Handle arbitration, draft responses and advisory notes
-
Guide business divisions on contentious matters and negotiations
-
Support counsels and oversee legal documentation, including IBC-related matters
Consumer Role:
-
Coordinate and manage consumer notices and matters nationwide
-
Draft responses, maintain databases, and liaise with regional teams

Ensure timely compliance with consumer orders and resolve escalated issues
