Eligibility:

5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a law firm environment.

Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation.

Exceptional drafting skills.

Applicants must be based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents in civil and commercial matters.

Representing clients before courts and tribunals.

Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case strategies.

Liaising with clients and providing end-to-end litigation support.
