GOSO Political Consulting designs and executes winning strategies for political leaders and parties across India. As part of our expansion, we are inviting applications for the role of Political Field Manager to strengthen our grassroots operations and deliver impactful campaigns on the ground.
Eligibility:

Strong understanding of political and social dynamics at the grassroots level.

Proficiency in Telugu (writing and speaking) and English.

Prior experience in political campaigns, NGOs, or field operations preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively and work in dynamic political environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage constituency-level field operations.

Plan and execute visits, events, and outreach programs.

Gather voter sentiment and provide regular feedback.

Liaise with political leaders, community representatives, and local stakeholders.

Ensure smooth execution of campaign strategies.
Location: Andhra Pradesh (field-based role)
